Glenn earned the reputation as been one of the top hitters during his career in the Tri-County League. Glenn came to Limeport after a standout career at Emmaus High School. After high school, Kushma played for the Kingsport TN Mets (NY Mets minor league organization - Appalachian League). He has also played for the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Twins (Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League), the Limeport Dodgers, and the Catasauqua Black Soxs. Glenn came to Limeport in 1996 and is a fan-favorite.
Glenn is 7-1 lifetime as a pitcher with four saves. He has struck out 82 batters while pitching in 75 innings. Glenn was the Tri-County Most Valuable Player in 1998. He also won the batting title that year. Glenn collected his 300th hit during the 2002 season. He has 210 career RBI and 547 total bases.
Glenn's career batting average of .417 is the second best ever in the league. He also is in 2nd place in career slugging with a .736 percentage. He also ranks 12th all-time in triples, and 23rd in homeruns. Glenn also is near the top in a few single season categories. His 94 total bases in 1998 are 2nd most ever. He is 4th in hits in a season (55) and 6th in average (.519). He scored his 250th run in 2003.
Glenn finished his Allentown College career as the all time leader in six offensive categories: hits, homeruns, runs batted in, runs, total bases, and walks. He was named to the 1996 NCAA Mid-Atlantic All-Region team and also to the All-PA Athletic Conference. He was named the MVP of the PAC Championship Series.
