Chris took over the reigns for the Limeport Bulls in 2003. During his four-years as the manager of the Limeport, the team won 95 games. The teams also made it to the semi-final round each year. Limeport has averaged 24 wins a year under Parsell. He has since become an assistant coach under new manager Dylan Dando.
Chris began his Tri-County career playing for Milford in 1999. He came over to Limeport in 2000. He has a career record of 13 - 2 (6 saves) with the Bulls with a 1.56 ERA. In 2000 Chris had an ERA of 0.91 in 23 innings pitched throughout the season and playoffs. He was tied for the league lead in saves. Parsell finished the 2006 season 2 - 0 with a 0.44 ERA.
Chris went into the US Navy after high school for four years. He was stationed on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. John F. Kennedy. Chris is also a graduate of Kutztown University with a degree in Elementary Education. He is currently an 8th grade science teacher at Shawnee Intermediate School in Easton.
Chris is currently an assistant coach for Notre Dame high school under head coach Mike Bedics. Notre Dame won its first ever Colonial League Championship in 2007. |
